1. Dating / Early Viability Scan (6–12 weeks)

This early scan confirms your pregnancy and estimates how far along you are.

What we check:

• Confirm intrauterine pregnancy
• Number of fetuses (singleton or twins)
• Fetal heartbeat (presence and rate)
• Gestational sac and yolk sac
• Crown-Rump Length (CRL) for gestational age
• Rule out ectopic or molar pregnancy
• Check for subchorionic hemorrhage
• Assess uterus and ovaries (e.g., ovarian cysts)
