Growth Scan (28–40 weeks)
Monitors baby’s size and well-being in late pregnancy.
What we check:
- Estimated Fetal Weight (EFW): BPD, HC, AC, FL
- Fetal position (head-down, breech, etc.)
- Fetal movement and tone
- Placental position and grade
- Amniotic fluid level
- Umbilical artery Doppler (if needed)
- Plot measurements on growth chart
