SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
For customers who have booked health screening and related services online at our clinic:
If you need to cancel your service or are unable to attend your scheduled appointment (referred to as a “no-show”), you may be eligible for a credit upon request. Please contact us to initiate this process.
Terms and Conditions:
– To request a credit for cancellations or no-shows, please provide your order number and full name when you contact us.
– All approved credits will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval.
– An administration fee of 10% of the total transaction amount will be deducted from the credited amount.
Credit Method:
Credits will be applied to your account with our clinic and can be used for future services.
